Apartment Search & Moving-Sarah and Richard looked at 1765 11th Ave. on 11/01/11. Sarah sent off your application on 11/01/11. Waiting to hear back about the apartment. Next step would be to keep on looking and wait to hear back on 1765 11th Ave.

Uhaul-Sarah and Richard will go to Uhaul Friday 11/04/11 12-5pm.

Living Room-Thursday 11/03/11 from 3-5pm.

Packing-Crissy already started packing and Sarah is finding all the boxes. Sarah, Crissy, and I will all be packing together once we know that R is moving.

Moving Coordination-Sarah’s has movers already lined up for the move. Sarah, Crissy, and I will be here for the move.

Sublet-Sarah’s has this handled but hopefully we find you a permanent place.

Vacationing-We will find you a great place to go for the move. Don’t worry ☺.

Legal-Padway-I talked to Cicely today and she is going to email me to tell me what the next step should be.

Vince-R-will be out by the 30th. Sarah is handling all of this.

Intranet/ Wiki-RH & LH had a meeting. L will be dumping all the date asap.

RTM/ Calendar- Printed both out and put in your office.

Ivan-network-doc. Sent him an email on 10/26/11 @12:47 PM. He sent on back on 10/26/11 @ 2:41 PM. He has not provided names and passwords as on 11/01/11. I contacted him on 11/1/11.

Motivational E-mails R-can you edit the texts please? I couldn’t find a text message program that would text the really long messages, so I downloaded boomerang for gmail. I will keep on looking for a program or I might have to input all the text into your phone sometime this week.

Binders Project- I will label and organize, when I have time. I wanted to talk to you about scanning all the information in the binders and putting it on the network.

Edward Concepcion-I contacted him on 10/28/11. Need to get all the information for all the work stations and send it to him asap.

Web Projects-

Devvy Awards-I emailed professors and posted a job description on college websites. I sent you an email about a Marketing job position for the Devvy’s that I want you to look at.

CarlandCole.com-I emailed an administrative person at UC Berkeley graduate school of Journalism. I’ve also posted a job description on the website under jobs and internships. RH will contact UC Berkeley by next week at the latest.
